Now, this is where I take time for myself and really enjoy nourishing my skin. As soon as I come back from work, around 5:30 pm, I take off my makeup and use my charcoal cleanser and rice charcoal mask (3 times a week) and go about my evening whether its cooking or working or watching tv shows, I know my skin will be cleansed and nourished. Put some on your lips as well, you just can't go wrong. Absolute life hack!
